If you are located in the United States, delivery will only take a few days, depending on the state you are located in. If you are located in another country (Canada, Brazil, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, etc.), delivery may take an additional 2-3 days.
Will there never be a delay in delivery?
No service is perfect! Since we place great emphasis on honesty and transparency, we are not going to lie to you and tell you that there has never been a delay in our deliveries. In 95% of cases, delivery times are met. In the remaining 5%, the problems often come from a slow validation with the logistics company. This is because the verification, weighing, repackaging, disinfection times, etc. take longer than expected.
Other exceptional situations can also cause a slight delay in delivery:
- The product is not available in our storage facility in the United States and must be imported from one of our warehouses in one of the border countries
- The delivery address indicated is in a country other than the United States (example: Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia, etc.) while the product is sent from our storage facility in the United States.
- Exceptional situations that may involve exceptional measures (disinfection protocol in the event of a pandemic such as Covid, accidents suffered by the logistics vehicle, natural or accidental disasters that have penalized our infrastructures, etc.)
Please know that we are doing everything possible to ensure that the delivery of your order is as fast as possible. In general, delivery delays take an additional 2 to 5 days maximum.
